Bio Sculpture is suitable for most natural nail types, including short, weak or brittle nails. Your nails and their condition will be assessed before treatment so I can recommend the most appropriate service for you.

If your nails require additional care or there are signs of an underlying nail concern, I may recommend a different approach or advise you to seek professional medical advice before treatment.

Please arrive with clean hands and without any products, oils or creams on your nails where possible.

You don’t need to remove existing Bio Sculpture yourself — this can be done safely as part of your appointment.

Please avoid picking, peeling or removing gel yourself before your visit, as this can damage the natural nail.

Most importantly, come as you are. Your consultation is part of the appointment, and we’ll discuss your nails, your lifestyle and the look you’re hoping to achieve.

Absolutely. Short nails are welcome at The Nail Society.

Bio Sculpture can be an excellent choice for clients wanting to grow and protect their natural nails. If your nails are damaged, very thin or showing signs of a nail condition, I’ll assess them first and advise you on the best course of action.

Appointment times vary depending on the treatment and whether you are having a new set, infill or removal.

Your booking confirmation will show the expected appointment length. Please allow enough time for your appointment so that your treatment can be completed properly without being rushed.

With the right aftercare, Bio Sculpture can provide beautiful, durable results for several weeks.

Longevity will depend on your natural nails, lifestyle, nail growth and how well you follow your aftercare recommendations.

I completely understand that plans can change. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in your deposit being retained.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your treatment within the allocated appointment time. In this situation, your deposit will also be retained.

This policy allows me to protect appointment time and ensure I can give every client the time, care and attention they deserve.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you’re running late.

A 15-minute grace period is allowed, but arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time may mean that your treatment cannot go ahead. Your deposit will be retained in this instance.

Please contact me before booking if you have an existing product on your nails from another salon. Removal requirements can vary depending on the product used.
